Nice area with big sidewalks and a park in the middle. Overall living here for the past 6 months has been very good. The apartment is up to date with modern appliances and design. All issues, only a, few were handled within 24 hours. The staff is always pleasant and makes you feel welcome. I like the neighborhood and big sidewalks. Many people walk their dogs, jog and enjoy the setting. Small shops are in the area and a full size QFC grocery store and shopping area is just a few blocks away. Schools are near as well.

I found a very thin crack on the shower booth as I moved in. I reported that as soon as possible because that was not from me. It had been very well cared by a reception manager and repair manager. They made me feel safe and cared prompting and scehduling repair in my convenient time. The repair personnel did a very good job, too. They did a repair in a quick and clean manner and the work was very well done. I am very much satisfied with the repair case. Thanks.

I lived in Bella Terra for 7 months. The apartment was spotless when I moved in. The complex was always quiet, and well maintained. If I needed to rent an apartment again, I would definitely return to this complex. It's also a great complex for pets also!

It is an excellent apartment in Mukilteo
